Not necessarily. If the pps is higher, they won’t need to dump that many shares at all. Maybe not at all. This CEO did not sign on to dump shares and destroy a company in his industry. That makes no sense. You will know very quickly if they start dumping. If so then bail. I don’t see it happening though for while and if the do it right they can unload shares without damaging momentum. This guy is smart and will surround himself with people that move a business forward not dilute it into oblivion. That makes no sense.
