I want to see disclaimers for the payment to current posters getting paid to hype this stock. Seriously someone was paid to hype this stock before this crappy 10K was released. You can't fool me like you fooled buyers you guys hyped in to buying.

They buried the REVERS SPLIT at the very end of the 10K. Most of you will not take the time to go through this convoluted 10K with 200 million plus in losses.
