Best way to find out is to contact him, at least he will know the amount is being questioned. But if true who would buy 40 million shares unless he granted the shares to himself.A toxic financier wouldn't even do it, they wouldn't be able to sell the shares on the market.
Volume was only 45k shares today, it would take forever to sell 40mm. Probably an error.
