Marcus check out how the 22M is being distributed. Common share holders get nada...nothing. Its creditors, preferred share holders and of course, Harold Montgomery. This is going to zero in a hurry. We might see one other pump and dump. I lost about $17k in this mess. It is all right there in the filing.
