What a bunch of BS. Letter states Medico restructured to stay OTCQB, because the pps fell below .01. Well mister CEO , that happened because of your silence. Share Structure was not bad before the split. So instead of fixing the $Hitty performance thru communication, Medico F'd the shareholders with a Reverse Split.

Watch the Authorized Shares didn't go down, we shall see. Geeeeeeez what a smelly Stinky $hit pinky.
