LOGIC??? A merger???

There is no board of directors. They left in September 2018. There are no executives/officers. They left the same day. Know why? Because they accepted the offer from LCYB for all the assets and business operations of the company were ended. That sale closed in October of 2018.

Who, exactly, is going to negotiate a merger with zero company officers???? LOL!!! And why would anybody want to "merge" with a company that brings nothing whatsoever to the table but a massive remaining debt???

It is absurd to even suggest this dead company is any sort of a merger or buyout candidate.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
