I complained that since CES 2003 I had sent them several e-mails inquiring when the HD-1213 would be made available, and where I could buy one, and they were all ignored. I then asked could he please give me an answer, or should I write the CEO of Fujitsue in Japan and complain...
He turned apologetic quickly, and then he said all he could do was to give me couple of phone numbers of Good Guys outlets in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I should call them and ask when they would be selling the products...
I intend to do so tomorrow morning and will post anything significant...
