$BIOAQ Hard lessons will be learnt - maybe..?!?, they obviously have not been so far. There is no "corporate structure" - the corporation can not legally exist in it's current make up, it is in an officially abandoned state. There is no director on file, no one to sign anything, no one to file anything, no one to represent the corporation in an official form, no one to anything of anything. PWC was it and they've long left the party. FKA-BIOAQ quotes pages no longer exists after midnight May 26th, 2020'. Have fun.
