notechie: I appreciate the "Plaintive" commentary of your post. Such is the plight of most "Longs" who have been with this stock for 4-5 years...
Just consider the following two "facts" and "let it ride" for a while longer without pinning your hopes on any "wished for time table"...
1) When EDIG was "all talk and no action" you got PRs left and right. Now that they are actually having OEMs and Products, you can't get a peep out of them, and THAT IS A FACT..
2) The success of EDIG had always been dependant on the availability of "Content", whether it was music or movies. It is just recently that we have seen "content" being made available in ever increasing degrees, and THAT IS THE SECOND FACT...
There are those who would read their tea leaves and tell you that Dell being a Creative product, and Samsung not being an 0-1000 clone, when added to EDIG being "Mum" as of late are a sign that the "Doors will be closed" soon.
Personally, I doubt that; and, I believe when news come it will be in a "torrent", and it will be significant...We simply know of too many projects in several developing markets that have already received "Committed" endorsement by significant forces such as HP, FUJITSU, DISNEY, DW, and few others...
