Yes Johnnymangoes, it is a big deal takes time to get it all in front of attorneys and to make it work for both companies.

I am holding.

News about this should of been posted days ago from jcpenney in letting others know that it needs a buyer of it's excessive property's if it were not truly in the works. Imo.

But if there is another buyer eying jcpenney then its well hidden from my DD.
