So, why include surge in share price and trading volume if nothing wrong is being implied?
They are using increased price and trading in connection to PRs as an argument that trading in the company and the known negative consequences on the company warranted a suspension.
One would think Moderna should be next as the volume, increase in share price etc. are directly linked to PRs as well as issuance of shares once price went up multifold and it is now known that Moderna withheld or hide important information in a misleading way.
In fact, the SEC could suspend most any company for increase in volume and share price based on PRs.
