Not Ellie's to authorize as my 82nd birthday and VIP has accommodated my group request as planned for every year annual basis....

#2 The new rationale is everything is compliant becasue Paul Thompson is a one man President, BoD, and over 51% shareholder so he can host official Mexus investor informational meetings whenever and whereever he wants without any prior notice to other investors?
