Pretty sure testing has been completed and submitted for EUA approval according to the last release. Which is well after this was written. Looks to me the SEC acted off of emotion, speculation and inadequate information...... there seems to be a lot of that going around. I guess I will be getting some cheap shares! Thanks to all that dumped!

I am stunned at this type of statement at this point of the story. According to the SEC doc berman's releases have been misleading and false, yet, the SEC acted on emotion? In adequate information? The info came directly from berman!
