Maybe the SEC will make referals to other regulatory and/or investigative agencies .... IRS, FBI, etc.
Where is proof of the hacking? Where are the criminal complaints of the "hacking event"?
Pluto referred to the hacking as low level so between GoDaddy, HostGator, the "DECN/PharmaTech Solutions IT Dept." (ROTF), CA Cyberlaw as well as Federal Cyber law, maybe even the FTC and/or FCC there should be no problem for DECN to cite proof of the "alleged" hacking in its response to the SEC's information.
