The lawyer should be disciplined. There is NO excuse for her using Don Don Baillargeon and MoneyTV. It is the EXACT same scam he was running prior to getting into trouble with the SEC. IMHO, the lawyer knew exactly what Donny would be offering.


They try to give him an air of authenticity on the website. But it is all paid programming.

Don Baillargeon is a broadcast industry veteran of more than 30 years, running corporate radio stations and having personally owned and operated KCHT-FM in California.

Nikki used MoneyTV to promote the Transatlantic scheme. Also, she had a conflict of interest that was not disclosed concerning the owner of that California property that they "targeted." It's valuation somehow, magically changed during this whole scam, too.

I kept telling people, the lawyer is part of the brain trust on this one. Bobby Shumake was her client at the time. Bobby Shumake owns that target property. Michigan judged called Bobby a "criminal" for swindling a pension fund. Also, he was arrested at an airport with $250,000 in cash. The money tested positive for either MJ or coke. Take all the unsavior characters together, PRick, Bobby, Baillargeon and throw in the lawyer and you've got yourself a putrid pinky, it's beyond "stinking."
