You should contact the Texas's Governor office you would be surprise what you can find out.

If there was anything worth knowing, I'm sure it would already have been hyped here and at the other place over an over.

Nobody needs to contact anyone to find out that QMC has forfeited the right to do business in Texas, Is getting sued by a Texas school district - likely for not paying their taxes in Texas, and that QMC is massively delinquent in their required filings.

I'd be very happy if they sold something and got the price up. However, if they can't sell bulk QDs which we've been told is "easy" by people claiming to be in know, it's hard to imagine them going into business with a state that has basically shown them the door already.
