Almost & also correct, the SEC laid a blanket extension to all so,
a file for an extension is not needed yet,
you are correct that since FZRO is not current,
they don't need to file because they already have a STOP sign &
the play here is they want to get back reporting & current.

Hence the play here,
if any merger here is going through,
these past filings need to be current & in a reporting status.
