once suspended the stock is deregistered-- forever
Nope...not according to the SEC Regs. The SEC suspends trading for up to 10 days, then, if the stock was suspended as a Pinky, trading in the stock is then relegated to the Grey Market. That is KGET's current lot in life. It is very doubtful that Bobo "The Hobo" Linton will try to do anything to restore KGET to the Pinks. KGET is not De-registered, but it is in fact pretty much over.

Glad to watch Bobo go down in flames after chasing his scams since 2013!
