Assuming the salary ITOX CEO had before leaving, and knowing he could cruise that salary until retirement, only makes sense to leave if u think there is more to be made elsewhere. I myself wouldn’t take the gamble unless I had promises, did the math contacted others who I thought could make my plan happen, then take the plunge. This is a waiting game, he already knows who he will get business from, he just has to show he can deliver and with this team, they will deliver easy, in my opinion.
