Besides receiving a text message back from the NK email sent to the HT’s website email address of [e-mail], the text message I received back was from ir.hightimes.com. At no time since have I received any kind of email back questioning anything I brought to their attention! Just for the fun and intrigue of it, I emailed the exact same AL “fleecing” email from NK to the ir.hightimes.com address and heard back nothing and my personal email “sent” box says it was delivered without problems. A buddy of mine then sent a inquiry from a different email address about becoming an investor with the new upcoming offering and received an email back within 24 hours about what will be/is proper procedure in doing so! All of this is documented on computers as well as printed off! AL decided to do things his way, and I am entitled to do things my way going forward! At this time, apologies are unacceptable to me and should not be to anyone else who felt taken advantage of by AL, NK or anyone else affiliated with that group! Personally, I don’t know how this is gonna end and try to be as optimistic as possible, but one thing I can guarantee is that at some point, there will be a verbal explanation from NK IN PERSON to someone they do not know and who has an extreme amount of knowledge and leverage explaining his thoughts and sentiment regarding his email! Who goes down with the ship after that is not my problem! I will do my best to be sitting in the front row when it happens...
