people are making it sound like something is going to be licensed soon...but if that's what we are talking about, then it aint soon...and it wont be a surprise...
nothing is going to get done without proof of mass production with quality and consistency...THAT comes first before any worm gets licensed to anyone..
and the immunity worm and lucky charms eating worms are not ready for prime time yet anyway...
so yea...if kblb can mass produce with quality and consistency, sure they could license something to someone...heck, maybe they can even sell something to someone...
but first things first...and that mass production is farther away than anyone thinks it is...
the good news is that we should know if kim is going to r/s before anything else happens here of any consequence...
im really starting to think the smart move is for kim to r/s twice...first he r/s in a few weeks...pops the pps to 6 bucks..lowers the o/s shares to about 25 mil...dilutes about 3 mil shares for around $9mil or so...the pps drops like a rock to who cares where...
once the pps bottoms out, kim starts putting out news about mass production, first delivery, tonnage, licensing etc...the company is fat with cash, and new investors start buying...the pps rises...
at some point after that, kim does another more (hopefully) modest r/s and uplists kblb onto Nasdaq, fat with cash and easily meeting all requirements...
kim then uses the cash to grow prodigy and borrows money to get domestic production off the ground...prodigy is all about ms,ds,ds2.0 and domestic is all about pure spider silk and the lucky charms worms...no need for mulberries domestically...
perhaps that doesn't work out to well for original investors buts its fantastic for new shareholders and for kblb...
so some sacrifices have to be made...oh well..
I would send kim an email about the idea, but I suspect its already in motion...
