I agree... When I first joined this board back in February I thought I was just looking at individuals posting their opinions and I would need to use my own discernment on what was being said. I had no idea everything said was going to be so "factual".

To me it's not what the company said it's what they didn't say that's the key. I posted back in February asking if they did have a product to fight the virus why were they so hush, hush about it. Obviously by their lack of announcements or propaganda they didn't have one. Heck we were in the middle of a freaking pandemic, I'm pretty sure they would have been telling folks about any viable product they were working on. THEY SAID NOTHING.

Secondly, when they filed the 8-k in March saying their facilities were shutdown due to the pandemic. Another huge indicator that the company was telling all investors they didn't have a product or were even working on one. They would have been seeking government funding and been in full development or production mode trying to get a product to market. Instead they had their doors closed.

Lastly when the 10K was posted and they said they were "looking forward to joining the Covid fight". That was finally a statement I believed because of the patents they held. By the management team assembled something had to be in the works. They never said they had a product to fight the virus, they just were eagerly waiting to join the fight.

As a 15 plus year investor in this company patents have always been their strong points but having a patent and a marketable, sustainable product are very far apart. Again this was never promised by the company. Only hoped for by this investor based on their new management team.

The only thing I can figure out is Tom must have butchered his interview. Which that wouldn't surprise me.

I've held for so long now, unless the management team disassembles, I'm going to hang on.
