Why is it that any favorable news is never coming from the company?
Most companies, as shown by Moderna last week, release favorable news even if not fully justified and thoroughly substantiated.
It generates interest in the company, helps raise the share price, and offers an opportunity for raising capital.
How is it that Calmare is incapable of performing any of the basic rudiments of intelligent corporate administration and execution?
Assuming your posting of those results is a positive piece of news, one would have expected a news release from the firm and not one of its minority shareholders.
I can only assume the company is, in fact, no longer functioning in any competent and reliable manner, has no viable or capable CEO, may not even have a functioning Board, and is only a paper entity that might serve as a tax loss for shareholders.
