Maybe you should read the filings at Colorado SOS another time, the surviving entity is Halberd Corporation that was renamed Technology Health Inc. Technology Health Inc has a subsidiary called Alaric Corporation (that merged Halb Transition Corp out of existance). Now Technology Health has started to file the financials, 2018 and 2019 were filed. We will get the Q's and the attorney letter in the coming days, bringing HALB to "current information". When thats done they will file an SEC Form 10 and become fully reporting with audited financials.
