Yes that's exactly it. A know someone who pulled all their exposure to US listed stocks on 1st of April, all 1.5 million worth as he didn't like the economic and political outlook in the US.

VRUS is mainly being traded by retail in the US and that is the sector that is being hit hardest economically. It was the same in the financial crisis, people pulled back.

Look for 2/3 green days of 5% or more, that should be a good indicator.
