Maybe a little help would make it easier.

One might conclude from the time that the previous ceo departed and the current ceo came on board, that the stock price has gone south.

One then might conclude that the current ceo has not been successful.

One might think that either the tech does not work, or the current ceo just cannot get the job done.

If the tech has honestly saved one life, or kept an error from happening, it works.

Thus, one thing to consider is changing the ceo.
