I have seen situations play out with these types of co's for many years, the Chinese Reverse Merger fad was great before it wasn't.

The main problem was how little leverage the shareholders actually had when things went sour, and most of the time they did.

Seems they know that no one will spend a ton of money trying to get back a few hundred lbs if that makes any sense.
