I don't have that info. but with him listed as a Director also it looks like he has more invested with AAWC then he did with DCGD.

Just because DCGD changed control on June 20 and released the 8K on July 1 does not mean that AAWC won't put out an 8K earlier. The key is the similarities and the potential here for a similar run.
