You call $7.5mil as of the last quarterly financial statement "plenty of cash on hand". LOL. They're burning that in less than a quarter. And they have huge debt obligations to make payments on not to mention the cost of R/D, payrolls, other. General Business Expenses
Get real! They're out.

"Revenue comes streaming in within a couple of months".

1)That's wishful thinking
2) They don't have a couple of months to wait.

Whatever this miracle drug your're basing everything on, it goes nowhere without cash.
