Are you supposed to buy during accumulation base or wait for the breakout? I have the Ted Warren book, but it’s been a while since I read(will read again soon).
My opinion now is to wait for the stock to start breaking out.
But I also want to like the fundamentals of the company (helps give me confidence in investment)
