One morning LE awakens and thinks I should tell the shareholders something. Maybe an alert. People are bugging me. But I have no news. Yikes! Ugh.

Oh well gotta do something-

So LE boldly sends out an alert with nothing new to report, just a brief rehashing of recent info, he braces himself- but his alert is met with applause instead of derision. How could that be? What a gift? Pretend you are releasing news and updating shareholders and maybe they cannot figure it out!

Complacent shareholders- that's the ticket. They will be happy to hear nothing new and they will applaud repetitive information. Maybe they cannot even tell old from new.
