Hi, the annual reports per 07/31/2018 and 07/31/2019 were uploaded yesterday, the disclosure statements as well. We're still missing the quarterly's for Q1, Q2 and Q3 2020. After that the attorney letter and HALB is "current information". Then a series of press releases will follow.

What I'm looking for is news about funding. As you can see in the 8K posted by JV-partner BIEI, HALB is expecting to get $750K per 06/07/2020. That's in 2 weeks and news about the Technology Acquisition and Financing Agreement will give the share price a lift and I think it's gonna go way higher than you're expecting.
