Upon execution, the market cap would go up....

PPS x y(current OS) = market cap
PPS x (y + warrants) = higher market cap

Last year when AG did his, pps ballooned, because it made the company healthier.... I don’t know hat the shareholders would do if Anshu executed. Sometimes there is a re-valuation back to prior market cap, but I would bet most of the time, an infusion of capital through a warrant would be a good thing.... unless it’s execute and dump.
