A funny little blurb from The Philadelphia office most recent response.. they admitted they didn’t even know who was behind the private placements... that Tom berman and Ron Berman were infusing cash into the company to pay off all outstanding debt. This was public information in the filings, and very material to this BS suspension, and they find this out a month after investigating. Amateurs, they probably read my IHub post pointing it out from earlier this week, I am almost certain of that considering the timing of this new “revelation” of theirs. And they spin it into their new narrative, first it was, “they are hoodwinking private placements investors” , then it became “they are trying to enrich themselves”. Put your EGO in check PRO and do the right thing here.


This whole thing is a sham, much bigger fish to fry SEC who are actually and actively doing wrong things. If you want some suggestions, I can probably show you 2 or 3 every day that actually deserve a suspension/investor protection.

On NMGX all you did was harm investors who believe in the all star team created here.
