What a pos! He willfully devalued shares via TRNF spinoff and then dilution to almost a dime/share and now has the balls to blame stockholders and COVID-19 for getting kicked off NASDAQ. He was already under probation with NASDAQ after last reverse split. The willful devaluation was like giving the NASDAQ probationary committee the finger. I highly doubt another reverse split would have made any difference with NASDAQ. This belongs on OTC cuz this pos willfully put it there.
