Hey buddy, so you are near the Park Papids area in the "land of 1,000 lakes" ... ;) That is some beautiful country where you live and I hope you will enjoy it this next three days.

Like you said, Texas is known for warmer weather that is for sure and we learned a long time ago, "if you don't like the weather, don't worry it will change" and it always does. In the summer anyway, from hot to hotter.

When we moved from Houston in 1989 to the DFW area, it was in June.
We went from 85-90% humidity in Houston in the summer to about 50-60% humidity. It was like going from a sauna to a sun bath and we are miserable when we visit family in Houston in the summer. You would not think that 250 mile difference would be that noticiable, but it really is.
