I used "directly" in the following context:

The $10 million is an infusion of capitol to presumably (presumed by the Faithful Followers anyway) further the testing and someday get a product to market. At such a time, if it ever comes to pass, Diwan would reap great financial benefit from the $10 mm invested today.

I'm just wondering what percentage will actually be used for development/testing and what percentage Diwan, via NNVC salary and bonuses and the Theracour 30% money laundering, is going to take off the top.

It would be great if Diwan, who has already siphoned tens of millions from NNVC and does not really need any more money right now (I'm making assumptions here; he may have significant gambling debts or some such), would forego his salary and suspend the 30% Theracour bleeding, and allow the full $10 mm to go entirely toward the work. It would go a long way toward dispelling the notion that this is a scam.

But we know that's not going to happen.
