Yes but if the intention is to show nothing for 12 months then why wait to R/S? They could have reverse splitted back in Sept of 2019 yet they haven't untill today! Furthermore if the only intention was to sell shares then why wait a full year to do so might as well reverse split immediately to cash in money from sell of shares yet they haven't!! We're missing an element that imo will be beneficial to common shareholders & the company! We wait to see what that is!! $GXXM
