Agree on some of your points made. I believe (after reading draft & the back & forth between a few entities with their own agendas)...
There should be no reason for the air permit to “Not” be issued! In my opinion. That being said the loan to M.S. is due mid June, & Niocorp needs an infusion of cash one way or another. I will continue to watch the situation closely based on the next 3 weeks results and decide my direction from there.
I can say the Niocorp team has done an exceptional job to get to this point & have my respect. A lot of small Retail investors hold positions here, myself included. I still believe...
