I cannot comment on what has been posted, stated, etc by anyone other than the Company (this would amount to commenting on rumors as I believe I have already indicated ABMC does not do as part of our communications policy).

I can tell you that Allgenericos is a distributor of ABMC products and has been for a few years now.

ABMC will provide its investors and the general public with material updates either via press release or via periodic reports (including 8-Ks) filed with the SEC. As a public company, we are well aware of what our reporting requirements are and what constitutes (and triggers) a material event.
