It's the timing of the request that was idiotic.

A company that had no production or revenue started talking about uplisting and was going to accomplish that with a reverse split.

Uplisting with no revenue?

It was an idiotic move and it hurt a lot of new investors that started to believe in the company.

Produce some damn silk.
Make some damn money.
Sign some large contracts.
Then if things look good start thinking about establishing yourself on a higher exchange.
