I remember the same point being made when Dr. Faro got involved, I can't answer as to why another Dr. put his name on this without seeing potential and having the best intentions, it's a long list. His background IS a good fit.

It is true, past performance does not indicate future results, but it does need to be considered. Big hurdle for them here.
