The fact that management thought it was a great idea to have chuck do a pump video confirms how suspect they are...

Red flag...

The other red flag was bringing on Jim bailey as an advisor .

They may be a real company in a new up and coming space, but valuation is way ahead of itself.

Buyer beware, imo
