The $2.8 million contract slated to close in next 2 weeks is directly owned by Sinacori Builders with a cost basis of $1.8 million, so that deal nets the company a $1 million profit

Another project under construction - Providence Villas - 5 homes ~$600,000 each , they have an LOI to sell 1 unit already. CEO will post pictures on his twitter @BobSilverCAVR

They have been in talks with Ryan Homes and although nothing has been officially announced, it sounds like a future partnership with them/ other national builders surrounding the company’s “Growing Together” brand is likely.

They have been working on the Grow unit that is to be fitted in every “Growing Together” home. Sinacori mentioned intellectual property, sounds like they are wanting to obtain patent(s) related to the Grow unit.
