The amendment does not allow them to convert lower than they already could have. It changes it from them getting shares at .001 if we are at .005 or higher. How can the pps go higher if they are always at .001? Wouldn't it be better if the pps was .005 and their conv. Was .0025?

Yes it would be better but I'm nog going TF to buy up his debt. Let them convert at 0.0007 now. And dump 200M shares in the float.

He doesn't know what he is doing , he is going to kill the PPS to 0.001. He has to pay them in cash.
