I added also, Up from here ;)

I added this AM as well. Considering we don't know the reason for the R/S I am not classifying it as good or bad yet. Would like it to have been announced differently but I am not going to attack Ryan for it, we don't know why it was not disclosed earlier, S-1 maybe?; find out soon enough.
