Buy out of the company scenario - Price Point & Exit Point?

Ok, the 2 yr plan makes sense to me because I read Brian's chat log from the Waypoint on the 12th of May and he said the long-term plan is 2yrs from now getting bought out by a bigger player like PG&E.

Ok so I think I understand just enough to get into trouble. You are saying that our share price will be higher because most of us investors are dummies and have no clue what the real OS is for the stock lol. Makes sense because I didn't. I was thinking it was 257 million + whatever the lenders are converting so I figured something like max 400.

So what do you think is the right time to exit & what price? Given the 2 yr buy out scenario.
