There wasn't an economic crisis when they bought the reactors, nor was there an artificial timeline to create a commercial business in a few months that QMC has been unable to create in more than a decade, nor did the have to beg the GoI for money to do it.

Today, there is an economic crisis, they don't have the money to support the project, and in the verbatim words of the Managing Director of Amtron:
