Agreed. For days on end CCI was probably the one dropping those 100K blocks to which i also agree with you that it was some sort of insider buying up the blocks.

I dont remember seeing a max conversion amount of shares at one time, except cant be more than 9.9% of OS which would not happen so presuming CCI went ahead and converted back when they first were selling they woulda converted for .04-.06 shareprice and equate to roughly 5.3M total.

5.3M total and they have sold like 3-4M is my estimate.
