if commons cancelled owns the right JPS - he is up 5% today to our 10%

(or less - but it is good news across the board --- but better for common)

why better for common /

1. Who knows

2. A guess - the road being illuminated is better for common than JPS. And this now brighter road does suggest a longer than expected ?? time for JPS dividends to start . Common does not need dividends to have value - just ask the holders or MSFT years ago - APPL years ago - and AMAZON
